Baori Mould Engineering can also provide you with custom services that do not necessarily fall into any particular category.

We can provide manufacturing plans for mould designs that we have completed allowing the toolmaker to start construction immediately on all components of a mould. This allows the simultaneous construction of all mould components while ensuring that the processes used to produce the components can manufacture the parts to print in the most efficient manner possible.

We can also analyse palstic piece parts prior to the consturction of any tooling. This possible allows for changes in the piece part design than improve the manufactue or maintain , the cost required to produce the part can be reduced and a better part can be manufactured.

Baori Mould Engineering can also design secondary fixtures for machining of assembly of that moulded part. Once again the secondary tooling is designed in 3D so that full functionality is ensured.

In addtion to the above servie Baori Mould Engineering can turnkey the entire project from concept to completion. We can model the piece parts. Perform or have performed any required analysis. Design the tooling and have it manufactured. Have the piece parts moulded, qualified 
and shipped to your door. This allows your staff to concentrate on their next project.
